Chapter B: Conditions Specific to Reservations
B1. Scope of this section
The specific conditions described here apply in addition to the general conditions. They must be respected when booking any type of service through our platform.
B2. Contractual relationship
When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into a contract directly with the relevant service provider. Our role is that of an intermediary between you and the service provider.
B3. Our service
We provide an intuitive platform to search, compare and book. We provide the information needed to complete your booking and confirm the details once it is finalized.
- Booking Confirmation : After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation containing all relevant details.
B4. What do you have to do?
- Information : You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking, such as your contact details and preferences.
- Compliance with the rules : You are required to comply with the specific conditions of each service booked.
B5. Tariff and payment
- The rates displayed on our platform include all mandatory fees, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms : Depending on the service booked, payment may be required in full at the time of booking, or partially with the balance due at a later date.
B6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Changes : Any changes to a booking must be made within the time frame specified by the service provider. Change fees may apply.
- Cancellations : Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked.
- Refunds : Refunds are subject to the service provider's cancellation and amendment policies.
As a user, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable laws in certain regions, such as the European Union.
However, it is important to note that any refund of a subscription may result in the revocation of benefits obtained during the validity period of that subscription, including but not limited to discounts applied to hotel bookings made through our platform.
Conditions for Revocation of Benefits :
- In the event of a refund request for a subscription after it has been used to access services or benefits, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the services booked, including hotel bookings made at a discounted rate.
- Any bookings made during the subscription period but before the cancellation or refund of that subscription may be subject to additional charges or cancellation if a refund is granted.
Exception :
In cases where a service has already been consumed (e.g., a booking has been finalized and confirmed with a discount), we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply fees corresponding to the benefit used.
We encourage users to carefully read these conditions before proceeding with any refund requests.

End-User License Agreement (“EULA”)

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading, or using the Weekozy application.
C1. Interpretation and Definitions
Definitions
The following terms, where the first letter is capitalized, have specific meanings:
- Agreement : This EULA, which constitutes the entire agreement between you and Club Prestige Travel regarding the use of the Weekozy app.
- Application : Refers to the Weekozy software provided by Club Prestige Travel , available through the Apple App Store for download
- Device : Any device compatible with the application, including smartphones, tablets, or computers
- Subscriptions : Refers to the different Passes (Prestige, Serenity, Access) available via the application
- You : Refers to the end-user accessing or using the application
- Company : Refers to Club Prestige Travel,the owner of the Weekozy app. Contact : contact@club-prestige-travel.com , located inFrance
- App Store : The digital platform operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) from which the application is downloaded
C2. Acceptance of Agreement
This Agreement is between you and Club Prestige Travel, not Apple Inc. Club Prestige Travel is solely responsible for the Weekozy app and its content. This Agreement must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions ,which you acknowledge having reviewed .
C3. License
The license granted is a non-transferable license to use the Weekozy app on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including Family Sharing and volume purchasing.
License Restrictions
You agree not to :
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the application to any third party.
- Modify or remove any proprietary notices within the application..
C4. Subscription and Cancellation Policy
The Weekozy app offers three types of subscription Passes, each providing hotel bookings at cost price.
- Prestige Pass : This Pass offers unlimited booking flexibility for one year. Users can book hotels for themselves or others, making it suitable for families, travel businesses, or gifting experiences.
- Serenity Pass : Designed for frequent travelers, this Pass provides one year of unlimited bookings for personal use. It is ideal for families and individuals planning multiple trips annually.
- Access Pass : This is a single-use pass that allows one hotel booking at cost price. It is intended for occasional travelers or those seeking a budget-friendly, memorable getaway.
C5. Updates and Maintenance
The application can continue to function without updates. However, to fully enjoy all features, we recommend keeping the application up to date..
Club Prestige Travel is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the Weekozy app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services..
C6. Product Claims
Club Prestige Travel is responsible for handling any claims related to the Weekozy app, including product liability, non-compliance with laws, or consumer protection claims
C7. Product Claims
In case of a failure of the Weekozy app to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund. Apple has no further warranty obligations. Any other claims or damages are the sole responsibility of Club Prestige Travel.
C8. Intellectual Property
The Weekozy app and all related content, including intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.), remain the exclusive property of Club Prestige Travel. Any unauthorized use of these rights is strictly prohibited.
Club Prestige Travel will handle any claims that the Weekozy app infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
C9. Third-Party Services
While we rely on internal tools and partnerships to offer real-time hotel prices, we will not disclose the identity of any third-party providers. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or identify these partners will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your access.
C10. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the application from your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms.
C11. Changes to the Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time. In case of material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the application after the new terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement
C12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement.
